The enterprise adopted the BIM methodology from 2010, initially experimentally, for the management of complex building sites. It was a process begun thanks to the cooperation with the Engineering Faculties of Brescia and Milan, which generated a driving force for innovation, putting CMB today at the forefront in the application of BIM in the construction sector.
ICMQ certification of BIM management systems has been developed in cooperation with major stakeholders in the sector: category associations, large customers and infrastructure operators. The certification scheme is based on a specific technique inspired by the High-Level Structure common to all ISO management systems (such as quality, environment and energy) favouring, in this way, full integration. Thanks to the certification obtained,
it can have greater credibility when approaching markets in transactions with national and international customers; it enhances the company brand, allowing it to stand out from its competitors.
